The traditional Braunschweig Fire Protection Days took place for the 37th time in 2023. Since 2015, the Dietmar Hosser Award has also been presented at the event - this time for a female EIPOS graduate.

On August 22, Prof. Thomas Henle received the Joseph König Commemorative Medal from the German Chemical Society (GDCh).
Last Monday was the anniversary of the birth of the famous poet Johann Wolfgang Goethe, and DIU's Writing Academy had come up with something special to mark the special occasion. An event dedicated not only to Goethe and his guest Friedrich Schiller, but also focused on the impressive course successes of the Writing Academy.
ConnCons GmbH is the spin-off of a team of high-tech specialists together with Prof. Dr. med. Jochen Hampe, Director of the Medical Clinic and Polyclinic I at the University Hospital of the TU Dresden. In the interprofessional team, engineers and computer scientists work hand in hand with physicians, pharmacists, and nursing staff to create connectivity across the board.
