News : GWT bases its business activities on transparency and legally compliant action

GWT ensures greater transparency for all employees by disclosing remuneration structures.
The topic of secondary employment and the acquisition of third-party funding at universities is not necessarily always perceived positively by the public. Research, such as the Correctiv article on RWTH Aachen University published in July, paints a picture of how research using third-party funding can be misused.
The GWT is aware of the importance of transparency and scientific diligence in contract research. In its work as a link between private and public clients on the one hand, and its network of scientists on the other, it bases its business activities on legally compliant and data protection-sensitive action and rejects all forms of corruption and the acceptance of advantages. Details can be found in the current data protection and anti-corruption policy.
With the establishment of an ISO-certified quality and risk management system, every research project is subject to the highest quality standards and a forward-looking risk assessment.
