News : W(hoch)4 ‑How science becomes business

event at the Institute of Lightweight Engineering and Polymer Technology was a great success.

It offered an impressive journey through innovations at the interface between science and business. Numerous participants learned about advanced lightweight construction technologies, robot-assisted injection molding processes and augmented reality solutions. It was inspiring to see how the research here is not just theoretical, but can be experienced in practice and how this technology paves the way for future developments in industry.
Many thanks to Professor Maik Gude and his team for the opportunity to experience the Lightweight Engineering Validation Center (LEIV) up close as part of the W(hoch)4 event series organized by the IHK and HWK Dresden and GWT.
