As a consulting company of the TUDAG Group, TUDFaCE supports international partners in the development of vocational training and further education structures in the high-tech and service sectors. This includes consulting services such as feasibility studies as well as the consulting and implementation of educational programs as well as digitization and digital transformation. In addition, TUDFaCE realizes human resources and organizational development of international leaders and teachers in vocational education and training.
The Parents Engage project grew out of a partnership that included seven organizations from the Netherlands, Germany, Greece, Italy, Cyprus and Turkey.
We work together to strengthen the capacity of teachers, foster productive relationships with migrant and refugee families, support migrant and refugee parents to engage in their children’s schools, improve education, and address issues such as school dropout and disadvantaged migrant and refugee children in primary and secondary education.
In Germany, the situation in the area of securing skilled workers has been getting worse for years.
Through long-term educational collaborations abroad – with the current focus on Asia / China – TUDFaCE makes it possible to bring together international specialists qualified according to German training and examination standards with companies in Saxony and other federal states and to intensively train these immigrant specialists before and when they start their careers in Germany to supervise.
In the context of training programs for international vocational training specialists worldwide, the TU Dresden Institute of Further and Continuous Education (TUD FaCE) offers further courses on »Engineering Pedagogy« and »Digital Skills for Educators«. The short-term and long-term programs were developed to represent engineering education and online education in a contemporary form and include selected modules from the IGIP standard »International Engineering Educator ING.PAED.IGIP«.
