As a con­sul­ting com­pany of the TUDAG Group, TUD­FaCE sup­ports inter­na­tio­nal part­ners in the deve­lo­p­ment of voca­tio­nal trai­ning and fur­ther edu­ca­tion struc­tures in the high-tech and ser­vice sec­tors. This includes con­sul­ting ser­vices such as fea­si­bi­lity stu­dies as well as the con­sul­ting and imple­men­ta­tion of edu­ca­tio­nal pro­grams as well as digi­tiza­tion and digi­tal trans­for­ma­tion. In addi­tion, TUD­FaCE rea­li­zes human resour­ces and orga­niza­tio­nal deve­lo­p­ment of inter­na­tio­nal lea­ders and tea­chers in voca­tio­nal edu­ca­tion and training.

Parents Engage
Building bridges between schools and parents of migrants and refugees in Europe 

The Par­ents Engage pro­ject grew out of a part­ner­ship that included seven orga­niza­ti­ons from the Net­her­lands, Ger­many, Greece, Italy, Cyprus and Tur­key.
We work tog­e­ther to streng­then the capa­city of tea­chers, fos­ter pro­duc­tive rela­ti­onships with migrant and refu­gee fami­lies, sup­port migrant and refu­gee par­ents to engage in their child­ren’s schools, improve edu­ca­tion, and address issues such as school dro­pout and dis­ad­van­ta­ged migrant and refu­gee child­ren in pri­mary and secon­dary education.

Recruiting skilled workers
for industry and the skilled trades through qualified immigration from third countries 

In Ger­many, the situa­tion in the area of secu­ring skil­led workers has been get­ting worse for years.
Through long-term edu­ca­tio­nal col­la­bo­ra­ti­ons abroad – with the cur­rent focus on Asia /​ China – TUD­FaCE makes it pos­si­ble to bring tog­e­ther inter­na­tio­nal spe­cia­lists qua­li­fied accor­ding to Ger­man trai­ning and exami­na­tion stan­dards with com­pa­nies in Sax­ony and other fede­ral sta­tes and to inten­si­vely train these immi­grant spe­cia­lists before and when they start their care­ers in Ger­many to supervise.

In the con­text of trai­ning pro­grams for inter­na­tio­nal voca­tio­nal trai­ning spe­cia­lists world­wide, the TU Dres­den Insti­tute of Fur­ther and Con­ti­nuous Edu­ca­tion (TUD FaCE) offers fur­ther cour­ses on »Engi­nee­ring Pedagogy« and »Digi­tal Skills for Edu­ca­tors«. The short-term and long-term pro­grams were deve­lo­ped to repre­sent engi­nee­ring edu­ca­tion and online edu­ca­tion in a con­tem­po­rary form and include sel­ec­ted modu­les from the IGIP stan­dard »Inter­na­tio­nal Engi­nee­ring Edu­ca­tor ING.PAED.IGIP«.
