The trai­nee pro­gram for team lea­ders at GWT star­ted on May 9. Over a period of 25 weeks, 5 modu­les inclu­ding eva­lua­ting feed­back dis­cus­sions are worked on. The topics of the modu­les include orga­niza­tio­nal and com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills, team roles and change manage­ment through to the role model func­tion of a mana­ger. The goal is to use the lear­ning expe­ri­en­ces pro­fi­ta­bly in the com­pany and to streng­then the coope­ra­tion bet­ween lea­ders and teams in the long term. We wish all par­ti­ci­pants a lot of fun!
