In cooperation with the Schneider + Partner Advisory Group, the Dresden International University invites you to exciting workshops and an expert evening at the International Congress Center Dresden on September 22nd.

The topic of this year’s event in the series »Fit for the future« is »Good cor­po­rate manage­ment – life in times of con­stant change«. Whe­reas the first three major indus­trial revo­lu­ti­ons were each sepa­ra­ted by inter­vals of at least 70 years, we are curr­ently in the age of digi­ta­liza­tion and decar­bo­niza­tion at the same time. For entre­pre­neurs, the very simul­tan­eity of the two »revo­lu­ti­ons« is accom­pa­nied by a num­ber of chal­lenges. While it has been pos­si­ble to deal with this in a struc­tu­red man­ner up to now, cur­rent cri­ses are of con­sidera­ble magni­tude and require spon­ta­neous action.

The event will dis­cuss how these pro­ces­ses affect our daily work. How do our com­pa­nies, orga­niza­ti­ons and our employees lead? How do we deal with our sup­pli­ers and cus­to­mers in these times?

Before the main event, which will take place on Sep­tem­ber 22nd at 5:00 p.m., there is the pos­si­bi­lity to attend one of three inter­ac­tive expert work­shops from 3:00 p.m:

  • WS I Fit for the future – What employees want and com­pa­nies (have to) offer?
  • WS II – Mas­te­ring the chal­lenges of digi­tal trans­for­ma­tion in the world of work
  • WS III No heart, no per­for­mance! – What makes the dif­fe­rence in employer attrac­ti­ve­ness and employee retention
