News : New Work pilot project

»Effi­ci­ency through dece­le­ra­tion« – this is the approach of the new New Work con­cept, which has been under­go­ing a three-month pilot phase at GWT and the TUDAG HR depart­ment since Octo­ber 15.

The New Work con­cept is part of a work orga­niza­tion trans­for­ma­tion at GWT that pur­sues seve­ral goals: in addi­tion to pro­mo­ting self-orga­niza­tion, focus and encoun­ters in ever­y­day working life, a fle­xi­ble, peo­ple-cen­te­red working model is being crea­ted that aims to reduce stres­sors and increase effi­ci­ency at work.

During the pilot phase, feed­back from all employees invol­ved is being used to adapt and opti­mize the model to GWT’s needs
