under\u00adgo\u00ading a three-month pilot phase at GWT and the TUDAG HR depart\u00adment since Octo\u00adber&nbsp;15.<\/p>\n<p>The New Work con\u00adcept is part of a work orga\u00adniza\u00adtion trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion at GWT that pur\u00adsues seve\u00adral goals: in addi\u00adtion to pro\u00admo\u00adting self-orga\u00adniza\u00adtion, focus and encoun\u00adters in ever\u00ady\u00adday working life, a fle\u00adxi\u00adble, peo\u00adple-cen\u00adte\u00adred working model is being crea\u00adted that aims to reduce stres\u00adsors and increase effi\u00adci\u00adency at&nbsp;work.<\/p>\n<p>During the pilot phase, feed\u00adback from all employees invol\u00adved is being used to adapt and opti\u00admize the model to
