Kon\u00adzept ist Teil einer arbeits\u00ador\u00adga\u00adni\u00adsa\u00adto\u00adri\u00adschen Trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion der GWT, die meh\u00adrere Ziele ver\u00adfolgt: neben der F\u00f6r\u00adde\u00adrung von Selbst\u00ador\u00adga\u00adni\u00adsa\u00adtion, Fokus und Begeg\u00adnung im Arbeits\u00adall\u00adtag, wird ein fle\u00adxi\u00adbles, men\u00adschen-zen\u00adtrier\u00adtes Arbeits\u00admo\u00addell geschaf\u00adfen, das beab\u00adsich\u00adtigt, Stres\u00adso\u00adren zu redu\u00adzie\u00adren und eine Effi\u00adzi\u00adenz\u00adstei\u00adge\u00adrung in der Arbeit zu bewirken.<\/p>\n<p>Inner\u00adhalb der Pilot\u00adphase wird das Feed\u00adback aller invol\u00advier\u00adten
