At this year\u2019s MACHN Fes\u00adti\u00adval in Leip\u00adzig, the \u00bbboOst\u00ab initia\u00adtive pre\u00adsen\u00adted its\u00adelf on the main stage on June 18 with a wel\u00adco\u00adming speech by State Secre\u00adtary Tho\u00admas Kra\u00adlin\u00adski from the Saxon Minis\u00adtry of Eco\u00adno\u00admics, Labor and Trans\u00adport: As part of the fede\u00adral \u00bbStartup Fac\u00adto\u00adries\u00ab com\u00adpe\u00adti\u00adtion<\/a>, 10 uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adties in Sax\u00adony and Thu\u00adrin\u00adgia as well as various inves\u00adtors, acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adtors, com\u00adpa\u00adnies and entre\u00adpre\u00adneurs are joi\u00adning forces to form the struc\u00adtu\u00adred DeepT\u00adech eco\u00adsys\u00adtem boOst (Busi\u00adness Opor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties Ost). TU Dres\u00adden AG con\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adtes its many years of exper\u00adtise as a part\u00adner in the non-pro\u00adfit foun\u00adding com\u00adpany. Tog\u00ade\u00adther with all other part\u00adners, we are pur\u00adsuing the goal of doubling the num\u00adber of start-ups in the next five years and crea\u00adting a new gene\u00adra\u00adtion of growth com\u00adpa\u00adnies in the region.
