Flex\u00adora is a spin-off from the Tech\u00adni\u00adcal Uni\u00adver\u00adsity of Dres\u00adden (Insti\u00adtute of Applied Phy\u00adsics). The start-up deve\u00adlops sen\u00adsors prin\u00adted on fle\u00adxi\u00adble film, which are inex\u00adpen\u00adsive to pro\u00adduce and easy to install. These enable area-based sen\u00adsor tech\u00adno\u00adlogy with real-time data ana\u00adly\u00adsis to improve sys\u00adtems and pro\u00adces\u00adses as well as other inno\u00adva\u00adtive appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons. With the data pro\u00advi\u00added by Flex\u00adora, the sys\u00adtems and asso\u00adcia\u00adted pro\u00adces\u00adses can be bet\u00adter con\u00adtrol\u00adled, ther\u00adeby incre\u00adasing resource effi\u00adci\u00adency. CTO Dr. Michael Sawatzki-Park explains: \u00bbWe solve the pro\u00adblem of the low avai\u00adla\u00adbi\u00adlity of sen\u00adsor data over large areas with the help of a sen\u00adsor film that con\u00adta\u00adins a large num\u00adber of prin\u00adted sen\u00adsors and can be stuck onto almost any sur\u00adface like a second skin.
