Day 1: Ope\u00adning and pro\u00adject presentations<\/strong><\/p>\n

The first day began with the ope\u00adning by Dr. Merle Emre, MBA on the DIU cam\u00adpus. Hen\u00adri\u00adette Greu\u00adlich and Prof. Dr. Alex\u00adan\u00adder Lasch pre\u00adsen\u00adted the vir\u00adTUos pro\u00adject, which con\u00adsists of various indi\u00advi\u00addual pro\u00adjects. These were pre\u00adsen\u00adted live on site and online. The pro\u00adjects included pro\u00adgramming cour\u00adses, hybrid tea\u00adching con\u00adcepts, digi\u00adtal skills deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment and vir\u00adtual excursions.<\/p>\n

Exci\u00adting pre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adons were on the pro\u00adgram in the after\u00adnoon. Topics included immersive expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adces in a cen\u00adter for digi\u00adtal art by Dr. Mar\u00adkus L\u00f6ff\u00adler, the impact of AI on hig\u00adher edu\u00adca\u00adtion by Sebas\u00adtian Horn\u00addasch and future skills for the uni\u00adver\u00adsity of the future by Prof. Dr. Ulf-Daniel Ehlers.<\/p>\n

Day 2: Key\u00adnote spee\u00adches and conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n

The second day began with a key\u00adnote speech by Dr. Merle Emre, MBA, on the topic of \u00bbLear\u00adning envi\u00adron\u00adment and lear\u00adning pro\u00adces\u00adses\u00ab, in which she empha\u00adsi\u00adzed that the tea\u00adcher, the social envi\u00adron\u00adment and the lear\u00adning space are the third decisive fac\u00adtor for lear\u00adning success.<\/p>\n

Hen\u00adri\u00adette Greu\u00adlich and Prof. Dr. Alex\u00adan\u00adder Lasch then dis\u00adcus\u00adsed the stra\u00adte\u00adgic impact of the vir\u00adTUos pro\u00adject with the Vice-Rec\u00adtor for Edu\u00adca\u00adtion at TU Dres\u00adden, Prof. Dr. Michael Kobel. Par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar atten\u00adtion was paid to the HYBRID stra\u00adtegy, which is being deve\u00adlo\u00adped as part of the project.<\/p>\n

After\u00adwards, the pro\u00adject rooms were visi\u00adted again and the par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpants had the oppor\u00adtu\u00adnity to try out the pro\u00adjects and talk to those involved.<\/p>\n

The end of the second day offe\u00adred fur\u00adther fasci\u00adna\u00adting insights from experts. Dr. Anita Sant\u00adner and Kay-Michael W\u00fcrz\u00adner from the SLUB Dres\u00adden explai\u00adned the role of aca\u00adde\u00admic libra\u00adries as fle\u00adxi\u00adble places of tea\u00adching and lear\u00adning using examp\u00adles of how they have been used in the past and how they are used today. Dr. J\u00f6rg Zaun pre\u00adsen\u00adted inno\u00adva\u00adtive tea\u00adching methods with object-based lear\u00adning (OBL), while the team from the<\/p>\n

Bau\u00adhaus-Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adt\u00e4t Wei\u00admar pre\u00adsen\u00adted the con\u00adcept of the hybrid lear\u00adning work\u00adshop. In her pre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtion, Dr. Clau\u00addia Bade empha\u00adsi\u00adzed the need to adapt tea\u00adching methods to the dyna\u00admic requi\u00adre\u00adments of modern uni\u00adver\u00adsity teaching.<\/p>\n

Prof. Dr. Schoop Eric con\u00adcluded the event with an inspi\u00adring pre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtion on micro\u00adcreden\u00adti\u00adals as a fle\u00adxi\u00adble and prac\u00adtice-ori\u00aden\u00adted edu\u00adca\u00adtio\u00adnal offer. The par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpants were encou\u00adra\u00adged to use the fin\u00addings of the con\u00adfe\u00adrence and to work tog\u00ade\u00adther on the fur\u00adther deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of tea\u00adching and lear\u00adning envi\u00adron\u00adments at universities.<\/p>\n

The vir\u00adTUos sym\u00adpo\u00adsium not only offe\u00adred insights into inno\u00adva\u00adtive pro\u00adjects, but also sti\u00admu\u00adla\u00adted dis\u00adcus\u00adsions and reflec\u00adtions on how the future of uni\u00adver\u00adsity tea\u00adching and its lear\u00adning spaces can be shaped.
