The goal is to use the lear\u00adning expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adces pro\u00adfi\u00adta\u00adbly in the com\u00adpany and to streng\u00adthen the coope\u00adra\u00adtion bet\u00adween lea\u00adders and teams in the long term.
